The Program Was Born From a Need
Character and Moral Builders Academy (CMBA) was founded after years of witnessing talented young people struggle — not because they lacked ability, but because no one had ever taught them who they were or how to lead themselves.
What began as one-on-one coaching conversations grew into a structured 24-week program that has since transformed the lives of teenagers and young adults across communities. CMBA is not a school. It is not a tutoring program. It is a character-building journey.
Every module, every session, and every activity was designed with one question in mind: What does this young person need to become the best version of themselves?

With over a decade of experience working with youth, Coach Elvis founded CMBA after recognizing a critical gap: young people were being prepared for careers but not for life. The program was built to fill that gap.
A certified life coach, mentor, and community leader, Coach Elvis brings warmth, wisdom, and a no-nonsense approach to every session. Participants consistently describe their coaching experience as life-changing — not because of what they were told, but because of what they discovered about themselves.
Outside of CMBA, Coach Elvis speaks at schools, churches, and community organizations on topics including emotional intelligence, leadership, and purpose-driven living.
